50 Years Since the Yom Kippur War
בצהרי יום הכיפורים, אוקטובר 1973 תקפו צבאות מצרים וסוריה את ישראל. בגולן התנהלו קרבות קשים ועקובים מדם. למרות הנחיתות המספרית של הכוחות הישראליים מול הכוחות הסוריים, חיילנו גילו גבורה, תושיה ואומץ לב והביאו לנצחון במערכה בגזרה הצפונית.
באוקטובר 2023 נציין 50 שנה למלחמת יום הכיפורים.
נסייר באתרי הקרבות, נשמע את סיפורם של הלוחמים ונעסוק במורשת שהנחילו לדורות הבאים.
הגולן שהיה זירת קרבות מרים הפך לחבל ארץ פורח ומשגשג ובו 32 ישובים, חקלאות פורחת, טבע עשיר ותיירות עשירה.
